Tür war zugefallen und mein Zylinder war defekt, weder der Schlüssel meiner Frau noch meiner hatten geschlossen. Dann Nachmittags kurz nach 16 Uhr angerufen. Der Preis wurde vorher telefonisch bestätigt und Persönlich der Schlossmeister war nach knapp 10 Minuten (!) auch da. Die Tür war auch nach 5 Minuten auf. Er bot noch günstig an den Zylinder zu wechseln, dieses konnte ich aber selbst. Zusammenfassend ein sehr kompetenter, freundlicher Helfer in der Not, welchen ich wieder anrufen würde.

Habe sehr positive Erfahrungen gesammelt, hatte mich mal ausgesperrtbin dann im Herold zu der Firma gestoßen und habe angerufen. Der Herr war sehr zuverlässig war in 20 min Ort. Der Preis war sehr angemessengegenüber den anderen Aufsperrdiensten. Ich hoffe dass ich mich nie mehr aussperre aber sollte das trotzdem wieder mal vorkommen, dann mache ich mir keine Sorgen, die Nummer ist in meinem Handy gespeichert.
